Q. - Why do I feel a flushing sensation shortly after drinking Chi3 Energy?
A. Some rare individuals may be sensitive to niacin, an essential B vitamin. This reaction is mild and temporary, going away within minutes. If you are sensitive to niacin, we suggest that you drink 1 oz (30 ml) of Chi3 Energy and drink the remaining 1 oz (30 ml) about 15 minutes later.
Q. - Is Chi3 Energy safe for women who are pregnant or nursing?
A. Please consult your physician regarding caffeine consumption for pregnant or nursing women. As a precautionary measure, we do not recommend drinking Chi3 Energy while pregnant or nursing.

A. The shelf life of Chi3 Energy is two years from the bottling date.
Q. - Is Chi3 Energy certified kosher or halal?
A. Chi3 is not certified kosher or halal at the present time, but we hope to obtain the appropriate certifications in the near future.
Q. - Are there known side effects?
A. This product contains natural caffeine comparable to a cup of coffee. Limit other caffeine-containing products to avoid nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. You may experience a mild niacin flush. Do not take if you are pregnant, nursing, or under 12 years of age. Individual results may vary. This product contains phenylalanine.
Q. - Does this product need to be refrigerated?
A. Chi3 Energy does not need to be refrigerated, but should be kept out of extreme heat. We do feel though, that Chi3 Energy tastes best when served chilled.
Q. - How quickly does Chi3 Energy need to be consumed after opening?
A. Chi3 Energy is designed to be consumed in one serving. However, Chi3 Energy should be consumed within three days after opening and any unused portion should be refrigerated during this period.
Q. Can this be consumed by children?
A. We do not recommend the use of Chi3 Energy by children under the age of 12.
