Humor, What Foods to Eat and Avoid to Improve Digestion and Energy!
We start off with a joke, then discuss eating properly, what foods to avoid or eat in moderation. So buckle up and come along for ride.

A man goes to the doctor and tells him that he hasn't been
feeling well. The doctor examines him, leaves the room and
comes back with three different bottles of pills.
The doctor says, "Take the green pill with a big glass of water
when you get up. Take the blue pill with a big glass of water
after lunch. Then just before going to bed, take the red pill
with another big glass of water."
Startled to be put on so much medicine the man stammers,
"Jeez doc, exactly what's my problem?"
Doctor says, "You're not drinking enough water."

For instance you shouldn't eat high protein foods like meat with heavy carbohydrate foods like potatoes, rice pasta, cereals, beans and breads at the same meal. WHY?

Don't eat vinegar. It contains acetic acid which has a deteriorating effect on the liver as does alcohol. Vinegar also interferes with the digestion of starch. REPLACE VINEGAR WITH LEMON JUICE WHICH IS GOOD FOR YOU.
Cut down on the use of meat - try to eat only one meal of meat per day. Meat is fatty and will clog your arteries.
Be sure to consume a lot of fiber foods - raw fruits and vegetables, etc.
SOLUBLE FIBER IS BENEFICIAL IN MAINTAINING ALREADY HEALTHY CHOLESTEROL LEVELS AND PROMOTING CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH).
Cut down on the use of dairy products. They create tremendous amounts of mucous in the system and are extremely fatty.
Cut down on the use of alcohol. Alcohol damages the brain and liver cells.
