Question How Do I Take Himalayan Goji Juice?

I get asked somewhat frequently how to take Himalayan Goji Juice.

This may seem obvious to some people, however there are a variety of ways to enjoy this delicious drink. Obviously it tastes great straight, one or two ounces at a time.

Of course I get asked does it hurt to mix goji juice with water or some other liquid. The answer is no.

You can take it with meals, on an empty stomach, put it in some other juice or in water. It would be just as effective in any of these scenarios. Of course I do tell people when taking goji juice to experiment somewhat. In other words see if they get more benefits from drinking goji in the morning, afternoon or evening. Usually it's best to take twice a day versus once. In other words if someone was to drink two ounces of goji a day it would be better to take one ounce twice a day versus 2 ounces once a day.

But this is why I say experiment, some individuals do better taking a larger dose once a day. Some people would do better taking with meals versus not.

It's usually better to drink goji juice earlier in the day then late in the evening as some people say the extra energy keeps them up at night. However, this is somewhat rare and some people take it late in the evening to improve their sleep.

Bottom line is there is only one right way to drink goji juice and that is to drink it. However, there are as you can see above good, better and best ways to drink it.

Here is the recipe for a great tasting Goji Smoothie

Ingredients

* 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
* 1/4 cup fresh or frozen assorted berries (such as raspberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries)
* 1 cup favorite juice
* 3 tablespoons vanilla or fruit flavored low-fat yogurt
* Fresh berries (these are optional)
*1 - 2 ounces of Himalayan Goji Juice to suit taste.

Mix ingredients in a blender for a delicious tasting drink.

While you're at it enjoy goji juice by the country stream.
