I thought about that one a little and the more I thought the more I realized how true it was. We tend to give lip service to something because we think a certain outcome (positive or negative) may result, but usually we don't act because we only surmise something could result.
But when we truly know something there should be nothing that stops us from taking action. I mean who wouldn't stand all night in the pouring rain to buy a lottery ticket if they somehow knew it would be the big jackpot winner.
And I guess this is where all of these 3 quotes come together.
It takes true men of vision to be able to see things others can't. And usually these men become wealthy and help countless people through their inventions or what not. But you know what anyone can be trained to see like these great men and women.
But then as Dr Martin Luther King, stated: Your life begins to end when you know something important you don’t share with others. When we fail to act on the things we know would benefit others, we either don't know what we think we know or we die a little each day for not caring enough.
We need to trust our instincts, they're usually right. If we can share an idea or a thought or discovery that provides a valuable benefit to those around us we can also become special.
